So long as the SmartTable you have just created exists and has not been modified, you can use the following link to access this dashboard display. If you change the SmartTable permissions to share it with selected individuals or make it public, then others will also be able to view this same dashboard display.

Data Filtering

Data filtering hides all s whose data value(s) do not pass the filter for at least one of the visible data columns.

To filter by fold change, the values supplied in your data columns must themselves represent fold changes. You can then filter by data value.

If multiple filters are specified, then a must pass all filters for at least one of the visible data columns.

To filter by significance value, your input dataset must include both data columns and significance columns (e.g., p-values). If you wish to combine multiple replicate columns into a single series, do that first, using the Series Grouping tab.

A data column must have a specified significance column in order to pass the filter.

Enrichment Analysis

Enrichment Mode calls attention to pathways and subsystems whose changes in gene or metabolite expression are statistically significant, replacing the normal display with computed statistical enrichment scores.
More Information...

For each data column you wish to see an enrichment score for, specify the column that contains its significance values. This could be either the data column itself (if you simply want to see which subsystems have an over-representation of outlier values) or some additional datafile column of significance values (such as p-values) that was loaded as part of your dataset. Also specify a threshold for selection of significant data values.

Data Column Significance Column
Because this dataset has only one data column, it will be used as the significance column.

Significant values are E.g. 5, 0.01, 1.0E-5

Customize Contents

To customize an existing panel use either the "Customize Panel" or the "Add New Custom Component" command in the Options menu for that panel (either at the bottom or the top of the panel). To add a new top-level panel to the dashboard, use the button below.

Customizations will remain in effect for the duration of the current session (unless deleted). If you wish to save your customizations for use in a future session, use the "Download Current Customizations to File" command that will appear below when customizations exist. To use those customizations in a future session, click the command "Upload Previously Saved Customizations File".

The dashboard contents currently reflect one or more user customizations.

This operation allows you to view a description of all of your customizations, and selectively delete some of them.

This operation will reload the page, temporarily suppressing all user customizations, but will not delete them permanently.

This operation will delete all user customizations and reload the default contents.

The dashboard is currently showing the default, uncustomized contents. Any existing user customizations have been suppressed. In order to customize the dashboard contents, you must first return to the display that shows all existing customizations -- you will then have the opportunity to delete your changes if you wish before specifying any further customization.

This operation allows you to save all current customizations to a JSON-format file on your computer for later upload.
