Data Filtering
Data filtering hides all s whose data value(s) do not pass the filter for at least one of the visible data columns.
To filter by fold change, the values supplied in your data columns must themselves represent fold changes. You can then filter by data value.
If multiple filters are specified, then a must pass all filters for at least one of the visible data columns.
To filter by significance value, your input dataset must include both data columns and significance columns (e.g., p-values). If you wish to combine multiple replicate columns into a single series, do that first, using the Series Grouping tab.
A data column must have a specified significance column in order to pass the filter.

Enrichment Analysis
More Information...
For each data column you wish to see an enrichment score for, specify the column that contains its significance values. This could be either the data column itself (if you simply want to see which subsystems have an over-representation of outlier values) or some additional datafile column of significance values (such as p-values) that was loaded as part of your dataset. Also specify a threshold for selection of significant data values.
